Summit and Wasatch Counties
You found this page, you know how big golf is in Utah. Professional players find our summer temperatures a pleasure. Let's review your options for Private Gated Golf Communities around Park City Utah.
Glenwild - One of the early entrants in to the gated golf resort design in town, they sold out of vacant lots a long time ago. You are looking at resale's and new spec builds, some vacant buildable lots. Claims to fame, Mark O'Meara designed course, and Michael Jordan is an owner in the neighborhood. One large clubhouse with pool, spa, dining to serve under 300 homes.
Promontory - Probably our most noteworthy, having been lost in a foreclosure to Credit Suisse, and somehow ending up in the hands of the original developer at a rumored 10 cents on the dollar, plenty of gossip can be found here. Beautiful homes, amenities that are in and running, most notable the kids cabin and the Shed (movie theater, bowling), perhaps 1600 homesites when completed, a big downturn in the economy has seen this neighborhood rocket up in value in number of transactions.
Victory Ranch- Located outside of Woodland Utah, about a 35 minute drive to Park City, featuring the BEST fishing access on the Provo River. The BEST. Amenities that include a 5 stand shooting range (you won't find that anywhere else), community RaZR's to drive into the back country, bikes, clubhouse, swimming, a swimming hole, really spectacular stuff...oh and golf.
Tuhaye - As close to town as the others, but located in the neighboring Wasatch County near the Jordanelle Reservoir. Amenities are still under construction, pool, kids cabin, restaurant number 1 are in, but the clubhouse is under construction. Townhomes to homes, vacant lots, just beautiful.
Red Ledges - Located above Heber City, likely the furthest from Park City. Gated, amenities still under construction, perhaps the most financially stable of the places still under construction. The price point is a bit lower than the others, with the same or better build quality coming out of Heber. Quiet and scenic.
