Condos just outside of the City limits - From Kimball junction to the Jordanelle Reservoir. A nice selection that's never on the market too long.
Park City Mountain Resort Condos - Park Meadows and the surrounding area not including Deer Valley, Currently there are very few new construction options in town, but this is the list.

Deer Valley including Empire Pass - Across from Silver Lake, Ski in and out homes in one of the nicest areas of town. Private dining rooms, secure location.

Snyderville Basin - Mountain Ranch Estates, Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook, Willow Creek. This is where you will find new construction in Family neighborhoods close to schools.
Old Town close to Main Street, there are new homes available only every so often. I just sold one with Knotty hickory floors, painted baseboards and window casing, radiant heat zoned to each level, heated driveway, central vacuum system, granite counters, stainless appliances, First Class throughout.
Pinebrook and Jeremy Ranch - Close to I-80 for access to Salt Lake and only 10 minutes into Park City. I broke this list out separately for those needing to work in SLC. |
