The best areas to search in this price range are Pinebrook, Park Meadows, The Resort Center, and even a few in Lower Deer Valley.

The Canyons	Kimball Junction	Prospector/Park Meadows
Condos at The Canyons Resort. New Golf Course scheduled to go in near-by. The Canyons newly acquired by Talisker Corp plans some expansion. Silverado, Sundial, Westgate, Redpine, Park West and Hidden Creek.	Redstone at Kimball Junction, Canyon Creek, Powderwood, Crestview. This area offers an excellent location, close to the new movie theaters, future bowling alley, Summit County Rec Center, Cafe Rio, and the Swaner preserve. Silver Springs is just down the street, fewer nightly rentals though.	Prospector and Park Meadows condos offer a great location in town on the city bus route, Racquet Club condos, Sun Creek, and Windrift. Close to restaurants and an athletic club. These rent well, and are some of the larger units you'll find in town for the money.

The County	Old Town	Jeremy Ranch/Pinebrook
Heber, Midway, and Jordanelle have some great condos a short drive to skiing at Deer Valley's Deer Crest entrance. In the summer, you'll enjoy easy access to the reservoirs in the area.	The Historic Distric and Park City Resort center has condos in and close to town, skiing, and the bus route. The town ski lift and bridge give many old town properties access to Park City Mountain Resort! Lift Line, Shadow Ridge, Resort Center.	Jeremy Ranch and Pinebrook area offer more square footage and bedrooms than the properties right in town. If you don't mind driving to town and skiing, and want a little more privacy, check these out.
