The Canyons/Silver Springs	Kimball Junction	Prospector/Park Meadows
Condos at the Canyons and Silver Springs. New Golf Course scheduled to go in near-by, Canyons expansion is ongoing, American Ski Corp of Utah owns the mountain.	Redstone at Kimball Junction and a few other condos in this area offer an excellent location, close to the new commercial construction, movie theaters, and Swaner preserve. A new county recreation center is being built near-by as well.	Prospector and Park Meadows condos offer a great location in town on the city bus route. Close to restaurants and an athletic club. These rent well, and are some of the larger units you'll find in town for the money.

The County	Old Town	Jeremy Ranch/Pinebrook
Heber, Midway, and Jordanelle have some great condos a short drive to skiing at Deer Valley's Deer Crest entrance. In the summer, you'll enjoy easy access to the reservoirs in the area.	The Historic Distric has condos in and close to town, skiing, and the bus route. The new town lift bridge and ski lift give many old town properties access to Park City Mountain Resort!	Jeremy Ranch and Pinebrook area offer more square footage and bedrooms than the properties right in town. If you don't mind driving to town and skiing, and want a little more privacy, check these out.
