Old Town/Resort	Kimball Junction	Deer Valley
Ski in and out of PC Ski Area! 2 bedroom, 3 bath unit, excellent location in the building, views, elevator, hot tub, pool, exercise room, front desk, elevators and more. Fully furnished usually.	Redstone at Kimball Junction and a few other condos in this area offer an excellent location, close to the new commercial construction, movie theaters, and Swaner preserve. A new county recreation center is being built near-by as well.	Deer Valley condos offer the premier location in town. Views can be had even in this price range in Deer Valley. Many older units could use some TLC, make your dream second home here.

Park Meadows	The Canyons	Silver Springs/Pinebrook
Park Meadows and Prospector Square have some units available in this price. Located near the private Park Meadows golf course and on the city bus route. Great mountain views.	The Canyons area, some are ski in/out condos, others are just a short drive to the Cabriolet to get you on the mountain. Great skiing on some expansive terrain. Check the listings, some are quarter shares.	Silver Springs and the Olympic Park area offer more square footage and bedrooms than the properties right in town. If you don't mind driving in to town and skiing, Pinebrook and Jeremy Ranch offer a little more privacy without nightly rentals.
