Fortunately or unfortunately, $600,000 is a good cut off for the first segment in single family homes. Many have excellent access to Salt Lake City for commuters, there are some fixer-uppers that offer 'sweat equity,' and a few within the city limits of Park City. There is also the option of living out in the county, like Oakley, Peoa, and Kamas. If you have the time, there are good bargains to be found in these areas.

 Oakley, Kamas, and Coalville are located just down the road from Park City and offer a quiet rural setting. Similar to this, but in Wasatch County, you have Heber, Midway and Timberlakes, with better access to Provo and recreational areas (except skiing). |
