First quarter review of the Park City real estate market. I’m doing this a bit ahead of the actual end of the quarter because the inventory for single family homes in Park City under $1,000,000 has the Park City Realtors in town scrambling to get listings.
We are seeing more optimism in this market than we have seen in the last 10 years. The gap between the average List Price of a Park City home for sale, and the average SOLD price of homes in Park City are almost $1,000,000 apart.
This chart shows the last ten years of average LIST price vs the average SALE price for Single Family homes in the areas of Park City, Deer Valley, and the Snyderville Basin (Silver Springs, Pinebrook, Jeremy Ranch, etc).
