This is where it all started. A silver mine running folks through a mountain and up to the top to ski down. The resort is one of the city bus hubs, as well as home to ski shops, restaurants, and a few bars. There is a lot of eclectic property to be found here, you are paying for location…it’s a short walk to ski from anywhere near here. Not a lot of new construction, though there are some rumors of building on the parking lots in the next 25 years.
